Understanding our health: The intersection of psychology and spirituality
In this opening lecture, Dr. Elena Mustakova, adult developmental psychologist, social health scholar, educator and psychotherapist in metro D.C., will introduce central concepts in understanding our own nature, the powers that shape us, and our path to health and belonging. She will speak about the most recent understanding of the nature of mind and how that can empower and transform the way we think about our experience of well-being amidst the competing demands of our lives.
